A washing machine cover should protect the appliance without making normal use difficult. The safest way to choose one is to measure the machine itself and then compare those measurements with the cover dimensions in the marketplace listing. A 7 kg label is useful context, but machines with the same capacity can have different physical footprints.
1. Measure the machine
Use a measuring tape and record width, depth and height. Measure at the widest points, including any control-panel projection at the top. Write the measurements down in centimetres and compare them with the seller's size chart before ordering.
2. Check the loading type
VISUTRA's current washing-machine cover is intended for selected fully automatic top-load machines. The lid and control-panel area should remain usable when the cover is removed for operation. Do not assume a top-load cover will fit a front-load machine simply because the capacity is similar.
3. Capacity is only a starting point

4. Leave room for a practical fit
A cover that is slightly larger than the appliance can drape over it more easily than one that is too small. A cover that strains at the corners can pull at seams and leave parts of the machine exposed. At the same time, avoid choosing an unnecessarily oversized cover that bunches heavily around the floor or blocks ventilation areas.
5. Cleaning and storage
- Remove loose dust before washing or wiping.
- For routine cleaning, use a damp cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, use mild detergent and lukewarm water unless the product care label says otherwise.
- Dry the cover completely before folding it.
- Prefer shade drying when possible to reduce unnecessary fading of printed fabric.
