Product stock reduces once per label, the first time it's cropped & downloaded — reprints don't reduce it again (same record as Billing → Sell via Label, so a label processed in either place is only counted once). Packaging and Label stock follow the same rules as the buyer side. Mappings are saved to your Billing SKU mappings — manage them, and your products, in Billing → Products. Pick each product's packing and label size right in this table; define sizes and add stock in Label & Packing Settings above.

Upload the shipping label (or the original label PDF) of parcels that came back. Each product line is added back to your product stock once — processing the same return twice does nothing. SKUs are read the same way as for printing. Not a label? Use Billing → Adjust Stock.

Map adds the SKU to the product you pick (a product can hold several SKUs, sharing one stock) — or choose ＋ New product to create one right here. Buyer stock reduces once per label the first time it's cropped & downloaded; labels printed before their SKU was mapped are deducted the moment you map it. Packing is one per label on first print; label stock on every print. Full product details (name, own SKU, linked seller) are in Buyer SKU Master.

These aren't defined in your Buyer SKU Master yet. Define each one there (pick the seller + product it belongs to), then click "Send to Label-Based Auto Order" again — one mapping resolves every occurrence.

Accumulates across every batch of labels you send today — a few now, a few more later, it all adds up into one order per seller. Click Send Order whenever you're ready; it clears after sending, ready for the next batch.
