Buyer SKU MasterMy Products
Step 1 — your product list. Add each product once with just a name (your own SKU is optional). Then map marketplace SKUs and a seller product to it in Map SKUs to a Product below. Stock is kept per product.
Export all products with their SKUs, or add many at once from Excel. Columns: Product Name (required), My SKU, Amazon SKU(s), Meesho SKU(s), Flipkart SKU(s). Several SKUs in one cell (commas) or one row per SKU — rows with the same product name are combined. Import only adds: new products are created, new SKUs are added to existing products (matched by name or My SKU); nothing is removed. You see a preview before anything is saved.

Map SKUs to a Product
Step 2 — select one of your products, then (optionally) link it to a seller's product (the one you buy it as — lets orders and Label-Based Auto Order go to that seller, and accepted orders add to its stock) and type only the new marketplace SKU(s) you want to add — they're added to the SKUs the product already has (shown below the boxes). Several at once: separate with commas. All of a product's SKUs share its one stock.
Packaging Sizes
Define every packaging size you stock, once each, with the quantity on hand — this is a shared pool. Any product assigned to a size below draws from the SAME stock count, so printing a label for one product reduces it for every other product using that same size too.

Label Sizes
Same idea as packaging sizes above, for label stock — one shared pool per size. Standard printer sizes (4×6, 4×4 …) are switched on and stocked in Label Cropper → Label & Packing Settings; when you print at one of those sizes, that size's stock is used directly.

Assign Sizes to a Product
Pick My products (not linked) for a product you added above as Not linked, or a linked seller + their product — then pick which packaging size and label size it uses — only Active sizes are listed (switch sizes on/off above or in Label Cropper → Label & Packing Settings). No stock to enter here, since stock lives on the size itself and several products can share one size.

Report a New Marketplace SKU
Manual entry for now — paste in a SKU you've noticed on a marketplace order/label that isn't mapped yet. It'll drop into the Unmapped SKUs queue below so you can define it whenever's convenient.
