Orders to Confirm
A linked seller recorded a sale to you that didn't come through Place Order (e.g. a phone or WhatsApp order) and wants it reflected in your account. Approving adds it to My Orders and updates your stock, same as any other accepted order.

Invoice Deletion Requests
