Import Historical Purchase Data

Bring your old day-wise purchase records in from Excel/CSV — supplier dues, GSTR-1 Filing, and Purchase Entry's history will all reflect them, exactly as if you'd typed each one in by hand. Each row is matched to one of your products in Buyer SKU Master — by SKU first (your own SKU, the seller's SKU, or an Amazon/Meesho/Flipkart SKU), then by product name — and matched quantities are added to that product's Stock, same as any other purchase. Before importing you can check every match and pick the right product for anything unmatched; your picks are remembered for the next import.

Step 1 — Match Your Columns

Date and Rate/Amount are required. Everything else is optional — leave as "Not in my sheet" for anything you don't have, and a sensible default is used instead.

Step 2 — Preview & Import

Match items to your products

One row per different item in the file. The product picked here gets that item's quantity added to its stock; No stock effect still imports the purchase, just without touching stock. Don't see the product? Add it in Buyer SKU Master, then click Next: Preview again.
