Purchase EntryRecord a Purchase
For anything you bought from a supplier who isn't a linked VISUTRA seller (a local shop, a one-off supplier, anyone off-platform) — or even a linked seller, if you'd rather log it by hand than place an order through them. This writes to the same Suppliers/Purchases records your Buyer Dashboard's dues already read from. Got a backlog of old purchases in a spreadsheet instead? Import them in bulk rather than typing each one here. Item is a dropdown of your own Buyer SKU Master products, whichever supplier you pick — the same product can come from more than one place — or choose "Other" to type a name freely for anything not tracked there. Picking one of your own products and entering a quantity updates its Stock automatically once you save, exactly like an accepted order would. Each line also has its own Excl./Incl. GST toggle — pick which way the price you were quoted was given, choose the GST rate, and Taxable/GST Amt/Total are worked out for you either way.
