Updates live — no need to refresh when a seller accepts or rejects. Once a seller accepts, a matching entry is created automatically in your own Purchase Entry (a Supplier record for that seller and a Purchase Product per item are created the first time, if they don't already exist). If an item has an ACTIVE mapping in Buyer SKU Master for that seller, its stock there updates too — items with no mapping yet aren't touched, see Stock.
